Publication Ethics
The journal adheres to international standards of publication ethics. The editors follow the guidance of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing (COPE, DOAJ, OASPA, WAME) and the legislation of Ukraine on education and academic integrity.
The journal supports the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA) and a responsible approach to the evaluation of research.
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their scholarly content, regardless of the authors’ status, institution, nationality, gender or other personal characteristics. All participants in the publishing process must avoid academic misconduct: plagiarism, fabrication and falsification of data, and manipulation of authorship, citations or peer review.
The duties of authors, editors and reviewers, including on conflicts of interest, are set out in Obligations of the Process Participants. See also: Countering Plagiarism, AI Usage Policy, Complaints Review Procedure, Article Retraction Procedure.
