Payment

Professional Art Education is a diamond open access journal. The journal charges authors no fees of any kind: there are no charges for submission, peer review, editing, layout, DOI assignment or online publication. Submission is free at every stage, regardless of the outcome of peer review. Readers also access all articles free of charge.

All publishing costs, including maintenance of the OJS website and DOI registration, are covered by the founder and publisher, H.S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University.

Authors and reviewers receive no royalties or fees.
