Copyrights

  1. The editorial board of Professional Art Education adheres to copyright law, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".
  2. Authors retain full copyright in their work. By submitting an article, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication. No economic rights are transferred to the journal or assigned away from the authors.
  3. All articles are published in open access under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This licence allows anyone to copy, distribute, adapt and use the material, including for commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the authors and to the original publication in this journal.
  4. Authors are not restricted in using their own articles in any way or on any platform — including in teaching and research, in dissertations, in conference papers and presentations, and by depositing any version of the article (including the publisher's version) on personal websites, in institutional or subject repositories and elsewhere, without restriction and without further permission from the editorial board.
  5. Authors submit original articles presenting the results of historical, theoretical or experimental research in art education, confirming that the material is not under consideration elsewhere and complies with the requirements set out in the Guide for Authors.
  6. Authorship is limited to those who made a substantial contribution to the conception, execution or interpretation of the study. All who made a significant contribution must be listed as co-authors; other participants should be named in the acknowledgements.
  7. The author(s) sign and send the editorial board an author agreement confirming the originality of the material and granting the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication under CC BY 4.0. The agreement does not involve any transfer of copyright. If the article is rejected, the agreement becomes void.
  8. Authors must notify the editorial board of any significant errors or inaccuracies found in their submitted or published work so that it can be corrected or retracted.
