Online First Policy (Ahead of Print)

Professional Art Education follows an Online First policy: articles accepted after peer review are published on the website as soon as copyediting, layout and proof approval by the author are complete, without waiting for the whole issue.

• Each article receives a DOI and an online publication date.
• The article is considered published from the moment it appears online; its text and metadata are not changed afterwards (corrections are made only as described in the Article Retraction Procedure).
• The article is immediately included in the current issue (two issues per year, No. 1 and No. 2); the print version of the issue appears once the issue is complete.
• The article can be cited by its DOI immediately after online publication.
