Abstract

Object. The article analyzes the foreign experience features of the future choreographers’ professional training organizing, investigates the organizational features of future choreographers’ professional training in the system of professional choreographic education of leading European countries.

Purpose of the study is to analyze the positive foreign experience of the future choreographers’ professional training organization, to reveal the leading European countries features of choreographic professional training in the context of improving the Ukrainian choreographic education system.

Methods & methodology. The study based on theoretical methods, in particular, analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of information obtained during the processing of scientific sources on the theory and practice of choreographic art.

Results. Made possible to identify valuable foreign educational practices of professional training of future choreographers: interdisciplinarity of educational programs, institutionalization of choreographic education, establishment of professional choreographic organizations, development of the theory of dance aesthetics, implementation of the theory of dance semiotics, use of the visual-audio method of reflection, cooperation between higher education institutions and choreographic centers, sustainable development of choreographic traditions, etc.

Conclusions. The implementation of foreign experience in professional training of future choreographers into the system of professional choreographic education of Ukraine is an important step for the modernization of art education, improving its quality and competitiveness at the international level. Such a process does not involve mechanical copying of foreign models, but their adaptation taking into account national traditions, cultural characteristics and needs of Ukrainian society.
