Payment

"Professional Art Education" is a non-financial publication. The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or online publication of articles.

The editorial board adheres to the Diamond Open Access model, which is based on the principles of full financial inclusivity and barrier‑free dissemination of scientific knowledge. This model ensures the complete absence of fees for article processing, peer review, or technical preparation of layouts, as well as the absence of submission charges. Manuscript submission is free of charge at all stages, regardless of the outcome of expert evaluation. All operational and editorial expenses, including the administration of the OJS system and DOI assignment, are fully covered by the publishing institution.

Applicants of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, enrolled in postgraduate studies for the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree and engaged in scientific research, are likewise exempt from payment.
