"Professional Art Education" is a non-financial publication. The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or online publication of articles.

All articles are published in open access and are freely available online.

Printed copies of the journal are available upon request for a fee of 900 UAH. This fee covers printing and delivery costs only and is not required for publication.

Authors are not required to purchase printed copies.
